1. Open "MyFitnessPal."
2. Click "More"in bottom right.
3. Scroll down and click "Apps & Devices."
4. Click "Health App."
5. Click "Settings."
6. Scroll down and ensure these four options are enabled:

✔︎Dietary Energy
✔︎Total Fat
✔︎Carbohydrates
❗ Please only enable these four items❗ Incorrect settings may affect normal app connectivity.
Step2: Make sure Apple Health App has Successfully Connected with MyFitnessPal

1. Open “Apple Health"App.
2. Click profile picture in top right.
3. Click Sharing and choose "Apps."
4. Click "MyFitnessPal."
5. Scroll down and verify these four options are enabled:

✔︎Total Fat
✔︎Carbohydrates
❗ Please only enable these four items❗ Incorrect settings may affect normal app connectivity.
After completing these steps, connection is completed! 🎉
🔔 Important Notice:
Please note that only data collected after connection will be synced. For example, if you consumed 500 calories before connecting, this record won't be included in the Health App. While the first day's data may not be completely accurate, you can expect full and accurate synchronization from the second day onward!

- Check Nuli App permissions in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
- Ensure all permissions are enabled.
- Remember that historical data won't appear.

- Nuli App can only read data from MyFitnessPal, not write goals.
- Follow the goals set by your coach in Nuli App.

Why do step counts vary between the app and wearables?
First, connect your wearable device (like Garmin Connect) to Apple Health.
Launch Apple Health and navigate to the Steps section.
Find "Data Sources & Access" at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Edit" in the top right of the corner and locate "Data Sources."
Simply drag your wearable device to the top of the list.
Click on "Done" and you're all set!
💡Once completed, both Apple Health and Nuli App will now prioritize step counts from your wearable device instead of your phone.

Why can't I view MyFitnessPal food records in Nuli App?
Currently, Nuli App can only read from the Health App, and MyFitnessPal can only send "data" to Apple Health. Nuli App can only read this data. There is no need to worry as your coach can still access detailed dietary information through your food diary in MyFitnessPal!
