How to record weight in the App
You can log weight for each individual exercise while completing your daily workout:
Steps: While doing the workout, tap the "notebook icon" at the top left of each exercise and enter your data.
❗ Friendly reminder: Weight must be entered after the exercise has started in order for it to be recorded.
2. You can also do this after finishing your workout, following these steps:Go to "My Profile"
Tap "History"
Edit the weight/reps directly on the record you'd like to update
Save to complete!
