First of all, kindly be reminded that there are 3 different subscription platforms, which are Nüli Website, App Store, and Google Play. It is highly important that you follow below steps and make the change via the same platform that you chose for subscription originally👇:


💁🏻 I subscribed via Nüli Website

  1. Log into Nüli Website-My Account.

    ❗️Please make sure that you log in with the same method as you used, while making registration on Nüli website, so your account can be synced correctly. (e.g. You registered "with Facebook", you will have to login the app "with Facebook" as well.)

  2. Click on "Change Plan" under your current subscription status.

  3. Choose the plan that you would like to proceed, then click on "Continue".

    For security purpose, please key in your credit card information again, then click on "Continue" to finalize this procedure.

💡 If your new subscription plan is longer than the original plan (e.g. Changing to Annual plan from Monthly plan), the new plan will be activated right away, and the system will charge you for the price difference right away.

💡 If your new subscription plan is shorter than the original plan (e.g. Changing to Seasonal plan from Annual plan), the new plan will be activated right away, and the system will move the price difference into your account as allowance. Your future subscription plan will be charged from this allowance first, and then charged to your credit card once the allowance balance reaches zero.


💁🏻 I subscribed through App Store (iOS)

Note that if you have an on-going subscription now, the new subscription plan will be activated when your current one ends.

💡 Please make sure the change is to be submitted by 24hours prior to your current subscription ends, or the system will renew your subscription with the original plan still.

  1. Go to Settings on your cell phone or tablet.

  2. Tap your Name at the top, and then tap "Subscriptions".

  3. Choose Nüli app as the subscription that you want to manage.

  4. Select your desired plan.


💁🏻 I subscribed through Google Play (Android)

Kindly note that Google Play does not permit any change on current subscription plan. Therefore, you will need to cancel the renewal to the current plan, and then make the new subscription with the plan that you wish to continue. By doing so, please be reminded that the new plan will be activated after your current one ends.

💡 Please make sure the change is to be submitted by 24hours prior to your current subscription ends, or the system will renew your subscription with the original plan still.

💡 Please be reminded that if you are currently having the 7-day free trial activated, the free trial will be terminated right away and the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited when you make the cancellation. By confirming your purchase on the new plan, Google Play will activate it and charge you immediately.

  1. On your Android cell phone or tablet, open "Google Play Store".

  2. Check if you are signed into the correct Google account.

  3. Tap the "Menu", "Payment and Subscription", and then tap "Subscribe".

  4. Select "Nüli App" and click "Cancel Subscription".

  5. Select a new subscription plan.


❗️If you are currently subscribed through App Store/Google Play, and wish to continue future subscription via Nüli website, the new plan will be activated after current one ends.

However, please make sure that the cancellation on the renewal through App Store/Google Play is completed before you execute the purchase via Nüli Website, or there will be duplicated subscription and charge from both App Store/Google Play and Nüli Website.
