Kindly understand that App Store, Google Play, and Nüli website are 3 different subscription platforms, and Nüli team is not authorized by either Apple or Google to review or overwrite users' subscription plan or payment setup. Consequently we won't be able to verify if the cancellation has been made successfully, or if the payment has been cancelled or refunded. Please contact Apple or Google's service team should you need additional assistance.
If you made the subscription via Nüli Website and wish to apply for a refund, please make sure to read the following cancellation/refund policy:
If you wish to unsubscribe, please make sure you complete the cancellation at lease 24 hours prior to your current subscription ends.
If you currently have an ongoing subscription and decide to cancel, it will only cancel the "next cycle" of automatic renewal.
You will not be able to apply for a refund for the current billing cycle.
We do not offer a service to temporarily pause subscription due to system limitations.
