There are a few reasons why your payment may fail 💁🏻 :

  • Wrong or missing card info.

  • Wrong or missing CVC number (which is normally on the back of your card).

  • Insufficient balance or credits to complete the transaction.

  • Rejected by the bank (please contact your associated bank for more details).

💡A few more reasons why your payment could fail while making subscription via Nüli Website:

  1. You are using the debit card by Chunghwa Postal Service.

  2. Your card is not allowed to make overseas transactions (Nüli uses Stripe, a US-based payment platform).

  3. You are using a JCB card embedded with a security code.
