Sure! Feel free to switch your workout program whenever you feel like doing so. Don’t worry. The progress status of the original workout program would remain even you switch to another program. 🤩

You may change the workout program by following steps. 👇

1. Click on Manage ✎ under Current Program from “Today” tab.

2. Click on “CHANGE”

3. Select different sorting tabs, like “No Equipment, Beginner, Featured, Quick Workouts”, and the system will list out programs that fit your choices.

4. You may also scroll down to the “Filter” section, and choose different kinds of level, workout duration, equipment you have, your goal, and trainers to make a detailed selection! 👏
