If you are not having 100% shown on the status bar, it’s highly possible that few workouts/rest days were missed somehow. Please feel free to check further by following steps. 👇

  1. Click on “Manage” next to “Current Program”.

  2. You may go through all “Current Week” and see if there is a ✅ next to each week, to make sure that all workouts are completed. 🙌
