Why is it not showing 100%, even when I completed all workouts from the program?

If you are not having 100% shown on the status bar, it’s highly possible that few workouts/rest days were missed somehow. Please feel free to check further by following steps. 👇

  1. Click on “Manage” next to “Current Program”.

  2. You may click "Change" in "Current Week " and make sure to mark completed for rest days in each week. This will ensure the completion percentage is accurate!
