Friendly Reminder💡: Every year, Nuli offer sales promotion on the Nuli website. The discount only applies to subscriptions that are made from the website. Therefore, we would recommend you to cancel your subscription from the App store and keep your subscription from the Nuli website.
Due to App store privacy requirements, Nuli is not allowed to handle subscription, cancellation, or refunds of an App store purchase. You can try requesting a refund for an App store purchase with the methods below👇:
App Store (iOS users)
go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Use your Apple ID and password to log in.
Tap or click on "Report a problem" or "Report" next to Nuli App.
Select a reason for refund, then click on "submit."
Google Play Store(Android users)
Go to Request your Google Play refund and complete the request for refund flow. You can also contact us directly.
If you couldn't get a successful refund from the App store, please contact us directly. We will help you cancel your subscription from the Nuli website and refund your purchase.
