💡 First of all, please noted that direct carrier billing is only available for users who subscribe through Apple Store or Google Play. Direct carrier billing is not available for those who subscribe through the Nüli website.

You can refer to the "What kind of payment method do you take"?

If you want to subscribe and use direct carrier billing service through Apple Store or Google Play, you can refer to the steps according to the device you are using👇

  • Apple Store (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open the Settings icon on your iPhone/iPad and click on "Apple ID".

  2. Click on "Payment and Shipping"

  3. Click on "Add Payment Method"

  4. Click on "mobile phone" and click on "Submit"

  • Google Play (Android)

  1. Open Google Play and click on the setting button on the top left

  2. Click on "Payment Method"

  3. Click on "Billing" and click on "Enable"
