What's the difference between the 3 training modes for programs? Which training mode should I choose?

All the programs are divided into three different training modes which are "Immersive, Guided, and Advanced". You can choose according to the training mode that suits you 😉.


Immersive mode:

Immersive mode is suitable for users who want to not click next on the phone during the exercise. Through the immersive mode, you can just follow along with the workout, you will not need to manually click anything on the phone in the middle of the training. Immersive training mode is also the only mode that comes with music for programs.🥳

Guided mode:

Guided mode is suitable for beginner users. If you are a beginner and not familiar with the exercise. You can pick the guided mode and do the workout according to your own speed, after completing the required number sets, click the button to continue the next exercise.

Advanced mode

Advanced mode is suitable for users who are already experienced with workouts and have a certain level of familiarity with the movements in the schedule. Advanced mode allows you to accurately record the number of reps and kilos for each workout, so you can see your progress each time!


After you entered the program, just simply click on the "setting" icon on the top right to switch the training mode!🙌
