The system creates a workout schedule for you by default, but you have the option to customize it within the weekly plan to better suit your preferences.
Follow the following steps to adjust the plan:
1. To perform the action, select "REORDER" in your current week's program.
2. To reschedule a workout, select "Edit" then hold and drag the workout to the desired day.
3. After making all the adjustments, click on "Confirm" to finalize the schedule for the week.
▲ (Please note that once the changes are made, it is not possible to revert back to the default schedule.)
♥︎Friendly reminder: Please note that the changes you have made to the schedule will only apply to the current week. If you want to make changes to the schedule in future weeks, you will need to use this method again.🤗
