Advanced Mode:
Designed for users with prior exercise experience and a certain familiarity with the exercises in the training schedule. Advanced Mode allows you to accurately record the number of repetitions and kilograms for each training session, facilitating a detailed view of your progress!
Once you access the training schedule, simply click on the "gear" icon in the upper right corner to switch to the exercise mode!
After entering Advanced Mode, you can input the weight you lifted next to each exercise! This record will be automatically saved, enabling you to effectively track your progress over time!
