Why does my subscription status show as "expired"?

If your subscription status shows "expired", it means that your previous plan ended and renewal plan was canceled.

There are few possible reasons of your status showing "expired" if you didn't manually cancel the renewal previously:

  • Your card info is outdated.

  • Insufficient balance or credits to complete the transaction.

  • Rejected by the bank. (please contact your associated bank for more details.)

  • You may log in with a different account or with another method. (Please refer to "Tips on log-in App".)


If you would like to change, add, or update your payment methods, please feel free to refer to below steps and update your billing info, based on the subscription platform that you chose initially👇:


💁🏻 I subscribed via Nüli Website

  1. Log into Nüli Website-My Account.
    ❗️Please make sure that you log in with the same method as you used, while making registration on Nüli website, so your account can be synced correctly. (e.g. You registered "with Facebook", you will have to login the app "with Facebook" as well.)

  2. Go to "Membership & Billing" section, you will see "Expired" next to your previous subscription.

  3. Click on [Renew Subscription] and update your billing info after choosing the new plan that you wish to proceed with.


💁🏻 I subscribed through App Store (iOS)

  1. Go to Settings on your cell phone or tablet.

  2. Tap your name, and then tap "Payment & Shipping". You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

  3. From here, you can do these things.

    • Add a payment method: Tap "Add Payment Method".

    • Update a payment method:

      Tap the "payment method", then edit your information. You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you use the card with Apple Pay, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.


💁🏻 I subscribed through Google Play (Android)

  1. Go to Play Store on your cell phone or tablet.

  2. At the top right, click your profile icon.

  3. Select "Payments & Subscriptions" > "Payment Methods", and then select "Edit Payment Method".

  4. Under the payment method you want to edit, click "Edit".

  5. Make your updates and click "Update".
